AYUREVEDA

Ayureveda
has been practised
for 5000 years, and
as such is the world’s
oldest recorded healing
system. Its purpose
is to promote well-being,
so that the client’s
body attains balance
& harmony. The
system is founded
on the belief that
good health derives
from the successful
integration of different
aspects of being,
namely the physical,
mental, emotional
& spiritual. |

Uzhichil,
the Ayurevedic Massage

body using Ayurevedic herbal oils.
Its purpose is to alleviate fatigue
& stiffness of the joints, rejuvenate
the skin, promote good sleep, improve
circulation and relax both body
and mind.
The
venue for this massage is the Ayurevedic
clinic located in a local 4 star
hotel.

INDIAN
HEAD MASSAGE
helps bring into balance

REIKI
activates
energy through a natural technique
developed by Dr. Mikao Usui
in mid 19th century Japan.
Reiki is both a powerful and
gentle means to promote healing
and well-being, by connecting
the client with a higher level
of life force energy than
is normally experienced. The
body’s energy gates
are gently touched allowing
the Reiki energy to be channelled
where most needed. The effects
are cleansing and calming. |
